We want you to be completely enchanted by your Tarina Tarantino Beauty purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, items that have been opened or tested cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our studio address provided in your authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
