This collectors piece features Tarina's hand sculpted cameo setting, hand set crystals, our signature Neon Cameo and Swarovski Crystal.  Tarina's sculptural elements are all unique with the swirl of her curated polymer clay colors that can never be duplicated. The crystallized ring frame is handcrafted with a vintage soldering method.
